Meet the founder
Hi, I'm Nadia — and I run a pretty imperfect home.
I started Cozyner after years of chasing Pinterest-perfect standards and ending up exhausted, overwhelmed, and surrounded by matching baskets I never actually used. There had to be a better way.
— Nadia Hartwell
I should probably confess something right away: my kitchen counter has a permanent pile of mail on it. I know. The irony of running a home organization blog isn't lost on me. But here's what I've learned after years of trying — and failing — to keep a perfect home: perfect doesn't exist. And chasing it made me miserable.
"I didn't want advice that required a personality transplant. I wanted systems that worked with my actual life — messy mornings, busy weeks, and all."
What does exist? Simple systems that make your home feel calmer without requiring you to throw away everything you own or spend a fortune on matching storage bins. That's what Cozyner is about. Not Pinterest perfection. Not 47-step morning routines. Just small, realistic ideas that actually stick — for real homes, real budgets, and real busy lives.
I started this blog because I couldn't find home organization advice that felt honest. Everything was either extreme minimalism or "buy these 200 products" consumerism. I wanted something in the middle — practical, warm, and completely judgment-free. If that sounds like what you need, you're in exactly the right place.
When I'm not writing, you'll find me rearranging my bookshelf (again), drinking too much coffee, and convincing myself that one more throw pillow is totally justified.
What Cozyner stands for

One shelf organized beats a whole house dreamed about.
Zero judgment
Your home is cluttered because you're busy living. That's okay.
Realistic timelines
If it takes more than 20 minutes, we say so upfront.
